The Refectory - Plymouth Gin

The refectory is a unique and vibrant cocktail lounge situated within the historic Blackfriars Distillery, the home of Plymouth Gin since 1793. The ultimate place to meet, draw inspiration and unwind after a hard days work or even shopping!

In these beautiful and calming surroundings you can enjoy fine cocktails, wines, bottled beers or just a coffee. The Refectory is also the perfect place to hold your engagement party or corporate event and we now licensed for civil ceremonies.

Whats on at the Refectory

There has been some considerable changes here at the refectory in the past month with most of the old bartending virtuosos moving on to other prejects. While the new faces settle in there has been a hiatus on cocktail of the month and live music wednesdays. Our sincerest apologies to devotees of these two refectory institutions and may we resassure you that both will soon return.
